Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These terms govern the use of the e-mail marketing platform available at email.vellox.ro (the "Service"), provided by VELLOX SRL, CUI RO55534995, trade register J2026052858002, registered office Str. Petre Ispirescu nr. 2, Voluntari, jud. Ilfov, 077190 (the "Provider"), to the customer who opens an account (the "Customer").

2. Account

The Customer provides accurate information, keeps the password secret and is responsible for every action performed through the account. The Provider may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

The Customer sends only to recipients who gave their consent or with whom there is a legitimate relationship (GDPR, Law 506/2004). Purchased lists, spam, phishing, malware and illegal content are forbidden. Every message must contain a working unsubscribe link.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Prices are expressed in EUR excluding VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; prepaid credits are consumed with each sending and are non-refundable once used.

5. Cancellation and account closure

The Customer may cancel at the end of the current period or request the closure of the account, which is executed after a 30-day grace period during which the request can be withdrawn.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is"; the Provider is not liable for indirect damage or for the content sent by the Customer. Liability is capped at the amounts paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

The Provider may update these terms; customers are notified and asked to accept the new version at their next login.
